Description of Duties:
Efficiently and courteously deal and protect assigned games as described in established policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with rules, laws and regulations.
Provide appropriate and professional care and service to guests.
Acknowledge and greet warmly customers who play at or approach assigned games.
Conduct table transactions and provide signatory validations accordingly to Company and regulatory rules.
Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games, currency, chips, playing cards, dice and other assets in assigned areas.
Comply with gaming regulations, internal controls, policies and business processes.
Practice and foster open, clear, two-way communication with all related departments and superiors.
Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross-culture communications.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and answer customer inquiries.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills
1. High School Diploma or G.E.D.
2. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
3. Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
4. Ability to pass a math test.
