Disaster Restoration is a unique field. In this industry, you will be working with clients who have had a loss occurring in their home or place of business. This is an opportunity to travel locally assisting those in their time of need. You will be interacting with clients using state of the art technology and various equipment, to prep structures for repairs. This position is labor intensive and required after hours availability for an on call rotation. Incentives given and room for career advancement. Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to restoration and remediation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in the restoration industry or those looking to start a career in this field.

Duties
- Assist Water Technicians in performing water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and demolition. Additionally, candidate will be working with construction crews doing basic carpentry.
- Use power tools and hand tools to restore damaged areas
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety and prevent further damage
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on restoration projects
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in restoration projects
- Willingness to learn new things and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy objects as required
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
