Bim/Vdc Coordinator

Required experience: 4+ years

Software Knowledge required:

• Autodesk Revit
• Autodesk Navisworks

Nashville Machine Company is a premier Mechanical contractor in the middle TN region. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for all things BIM/VDC for the Sheet metal, Plumbing, and Mechanical pipe trades.

A qualified candidate will need the following skills

• Self starter with minimal supervision
• Create and manage complex 3D models
• Supreme organizational skills
• The ability to read and understand complex construction documents
• Take leadership in the BIM coordination effort. Including leading meetings in front of O/A/E
• Manage and distribute clash reports via Navisworks
• Organize Duct/Pipe for prefabrication
• Create BOM for all trades
• Create shop drawings for field installation
