Requirements - What Matters Most
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for office, production and warehouse candidates
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Track record of hitting KPI's based around recruitment
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains and establishes consistent communication with all hiring managers in reviewing their staffing needs
- Upkeep and write all external and internal job postings
- Conduct searches and place ads for experienced candidates
- Conduct pre--onboarding process and reference checks
- Working with hiring managers to schedule candidate interviews
- Processing offer letters
