Bilingual Payroll Specialist.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, bonuses, severances, and benefits for a diverse workforce
Maintain payroll system integrity, drive enhancements, and optimize processes for efficiency
- Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
- Manage employee data, contracts, and personnel files with strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to align payroll with corporate initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager payroll inquiries
- Prepare comprehensive reports, journal entries, and analyses to support decision-making
- Liaise with ADP and other vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Bachelors
Experience:
10+ years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent payroll experience (10+ years processing multi-site payroll)
- Exceptional knowledge of ADP, eTime, SAP, and other payroll/ERP systems
- Expertise in payroll, time & attendance, and benefits processes for union and non-union environments
- Strong understanding of applicable labor, tax, and social security laws and regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal (English and local language, Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred)
