Big Box Retail Sales Representative

Seaich Corporation is looking for sales professionals across the country who are energetic and excited to develop productive and lucrative relationships with store managers and retailers. Seaich Corporation is a big box wholesale vendor, manufacturer and importer of goods for companies like Walmart, Academy Sports, Bass Pro, Cabellas, Dunham's Sports and other major big box retailers. We have been in business since 1929 as a manufacturer and owner of our different products and brands. We are currently expanding our footprint in the marketplace.

As a representative you will be tasked to approach retailers both small and large. Create relationships with store managers, regional offices and corporate buyers. Close accounts with these retailers and obtain orders. From individual 'Mom and Pop' single location retailers to major chains with hundreds of locations. You may receive an assignment of existing Walmart store relationships to call upon as well, that will generate instant orders and income.

Your goal as a 1099, commission only representative is to obtain as many "locations" ordering on a consistant basis as possible. 100 locations, at an average of $2,000 a month per location, in orders will generate a nice 6 figure income. Call points are broad and can be almost any retailer including outdoor, toy, clothing, super grocer, farm & ranch, hardware, bike, shoe, hobby, tourist, gift, salons, spa's, mall stores, and any other retailer or chain. Representatives are the face of Seaich and our relationship with each individual corporate buyer, store and manager is paramount to our success. With that, we have a heavy set of standards that we require to continue to develop these relationships. We do not dictate your hours or cap your income.

We carry a large line of products that you will be selling into these stores and retailers on a monthly bases. Including: Paddle Boards; Kayaks; Backyard inflatable and frame swimming pools & accessories; adult and children bikes; childrens rain gear (boots, coats, umbrellas); bounce houses; winter items like sleds, tubes, shovels and heaters; our proprietary SpaceRails toy; Aloe Vera Skin Care products, some produce items (bananas, pineapple, peppers, cucumbers, mango, avocado) and other product lines that will be introduced later.

You should be generating not less than $2,000 dollars per month, per store in gross sales OR $200,000 a month in gross sales. You will be able to develop areas and accounts accross the country that will be exclusively yours no matter the location in the country. You will make a very nice living, depending on your work ethic and efficiency. The position is a 1099 Independent Contractor commission only, with commissions of 5% of gross sales plus bonuses. Most of our representatives earn comfortable six-figure incomes.

- Representatives work directly with store managers within these retailers, physically visiting each location and talking directly with store management. Then working your way up the chain to corporate buyers and decision makers. The visit includes the promotion of existing and upcoming product lines, creating interest and ultimately establishing an account and receiving a Purchase Order from corporate, the franchise owner or the store manager.

- The sales process includes securing new orders, monthly reorders of products and ongoing customer service by managing expectations, keeping clients apprised of shipping timelines, product development and fielding any other questions and concerns.

- The relationships our sales reps create with retailers ensure increased sales at stores served and increased numbers of stores to serve. You should be on a first name bases with each of your clients.

- We offer excellent sales training and teach store protocols. You will be required to attend weekly trainings and conference calls and have weekly contact with regional managers. We are a fast-growing company and want to help our Sales Representatives grow with us.
