We are also continuing to innovate to provide consumers with Beyond the Bottle options for selected beverage brands and to explore additional product spaces to enter.Together, these offerings are helping us meet the evolving consumer demand for more sustainable and convenient ways of consuming our beverages.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities include:
Help SodaStream/Beyond the Bottle leadership and cross-functional partners deliver sustained growth through program and project management excellence, establishing/driving agile commercial processes and effectively leveraging a broad range of PepsiCo resources.
Support building out the product innovation roadmap for SodaStream Global markets, identifying product propositions that meet the growing consumer needs
Initiate early feasibility work with R&D & relevant brand teams for key product innovations to understand compatibility for the SST platform
Lead execution of select innovations for SodaStream Global markets including leading the cross functional team discussions with the PepsiCo brand & functional teams to provide input on key project milestones/approvals needed
Partner with Design, PepsiCo brands & SodaStream to develop & execute marketing assets for key product launches & marketing campaigns
Identify opportunities to drive efficiency across the multiple organizations as it relates to PepsiCo & SodaStream ways of working
Partner with insights on key learning agendas that support the SodaStream business; with specific focus on Global markets
BA required
5 years+ experience in a strategy, marketing and/or commercial type role(s)
Prior Experience ideally to include: Strategy, Innovation, Marketing, Commercialization
Preferred Marketing experience - executing marketing programs (such as digital programs, shopper marketing)
Preferred prior eCommerce experience
Experience working on highly cross functional teams within matrix organizations
Ability to collaborate with others and influence/drive the agenda in a matrix organization
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands
Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences; foreign language skills highly desired
