Our organization is seeking an enthusiastic Benefits Specialist to join the benefits team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with employees about the benefits that our company offers, and be able to create a strategy for increasing employee satisfaction. The official will maintain awareness of all plans offered, including healthcare, and have knowledge of the most current federal guidelines. Applicants will also need to be comfortable collaborating with our HR department and insurance providers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with internal qualification checks.
- Be well-versed in the company's benefit offerings.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Help senior management make decisions.
- Be able to explain benefits to customers.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Comply with all regulations set forth by the federal government, state government, and local governments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
