Position Summary

The primary objective of this role is to coordinate and manage employee benefits and compensation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing administration of HR tools and templates, with a focus on effective solutions, streamlined integration, and usability
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders on benefits-related concerns
  • Provide benefits orientations, enrollments, and claims processing assistance
  • Timely and accurate processing of benefits-related documentation
  • Administer and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Compile data for HR-related decisions
  • Perform employee profile set up and configuration
  • Provide a full range of systems administration support and end-user training
  • Analyze, solve, and prevent errors
  • Maintain training documentation
  • Recommend process improvement on managing daily and scheduled reports
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of systems related projects
  • Maintain system security and data integrity

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of benefits experience
  • Proven knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and federal/state leave laws
  • Degree in relevant field, preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG
  • Ability to complete various types of projects
  • In-depth understanding of applicable laws
  • Vendor management experience
  • Significant experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel) and a working knowledge of program-specific technical programs related to HR, benefits, and timekeeping

Salary Range:$60,000-$70,000

Work Environment:Training onsite, then hybrid schedule: 3 days in office
