Position Summary
The primary objective of this role is to coordinate and manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing administration of HR tools and templates, with a focus on effective solutions, streamlined integration, and usability
- Coordinate with key stakeholders on benefits-related concerns
- Provide benefits orientations, enrollments, and claims processing assistance
- Timely and accurate processing of benefits-related documentation
- Administer and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Compile data for HR-related decisions
- Perform employee profile set up and configuration
- Provide a full range of systems administration support and end-user training
- Analyze, solve, and prevent errors
- Maintain training documentation
- Recommend process improvement on managing daily and scheduled reports
- Contribute to the planning and execution of systems related projects
- Maintain system security and data integrity
Qualifications
- 2+ years of benefits experience
- Proven knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and federal/state leave laws
- Degree in relevant field, preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG
- Ability to complete various types of projects
- In-depth understanding of applicable laws
- Vendor management experience
- Significant experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel) and a working knowledge of program-specific technical programs related to HR, benefits, and timekeeping
Salary Range:$60,000-$70,000
Work Environment:Training onsite, then hybrid schedule: 3 days in office
