We seek a dynamic Benefits & Eligibility Auditor Trainer to join our team in Stockton, California.
Job Summary:
Audits and designs, develops, and delivers all training programs of Billing and Eligibility personnel by performing the
following duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts needs analysis studies and confers with Managers and Supervisors to determine training needs
- Designs and Develops Training Programs based on identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.
- Delivers instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.
- Organizes and develops training manuals, reference libraries, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Maintains records and prepares reports to evaluate the performance of trainees.
- Enforces company rules and regulations
- Audits work of the Billing and Eligibility department for accuracy according to established procedure guidelines.
- Reviews and identifies technical and system quality issues for all aspects of coordinator work.
- Documents, maintains, and reports audit statistics
- Accurately interprets policy, procedures, and group eligibility provisions
- Provide feedback to management and review employees regarding the quality of work
- Maintains confidentiality on employee audits
- Adheres to company rules and regulations.
- Maintains a professional relationship and interacts with peers, subordinates, and superiors in an efficient and productive manner
- Performs other duties as assigned

Billing and Eligibility procedures/regulations and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, policies and procedure
guidelines, and training manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and present effectively before
groups of customers or employees and respond to questions from groups within our organization.
