Summary
The Senior Benefits/Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for supporting the vision, strategy, and objectives of Human Resources and the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE).
The Senior Benefits/Total Rewards Analyst will conduct benefits administration activities and processes, primarily in the area of retirement, along with staying abreast of trends within the organization and externally in the total rewards space. Research, analyze and resolve benefit issues and inquiries escalated by others.

Benefits Program Maintenance, Support, and Improvement
- Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains benefits and projects.
- Coordinates data collection of employee benefits information from national, regional, and local healthcare providers and other related businesses. Participates in local and national surveys.
- Develops effective analytics and metrics to influence total rewards program direction and monitors business impact and effectiveness.
- Conducts audits.
- Implements process improvement initiatives and supports and helps lead total rewards projects as assigned.
- Assists in the development of self-service tools for benefits and support the implementation of the ERP.
- Supports benefits training and education by conducting presentations as needed
- Develops reports to meet management requests; audits data for accuracy; assesses, identifies, and reports trends.
- Supports the day to day administration of the retirement plan benefits and other benefits.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of all total rewards-related knowledge base content, policies, and procedures.
Customer Service
- Demonstrates and encourages positive communication and interpersonal relationships in association with AskHR staff, affiliate HR departments, team members, vendors and the general public, promoting a positive and proactive image of the department.
- Acts as a liaison with AskHR advisors answering questions and assuring corrections are applied accurately.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources or related field
Experience
- 4 years experience with HR, benefits processing, plan design, compensation, retirement plans and/or project management.
CBP or CEBS highly desired
