Beach Attendant
Position Overview:
The Beach Attendant is responsible for the maintenance of all beach stations providing exceptional customer service to all residents. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform the supervisor/manager. Obtain, fold, roll, and stack towels according to company procedures. Patrol beach area throughout the day.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all residents, guests, managers, and fellow employees.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the beach areas, furniture, and service areas of the beach in an organized manner.
- Replenish all towels and water throughout the day.
- Assist in opening and closing side-work as assigned.
- Assist guests with service requests when needed, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- H.S Diploma is required.
- Highly reliable and punctual.
- Customer Service-oriented.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Pool attendant or Beach Attendant(preferably in a condo, HOA, residential or hotel setting)
