Integrated Systems, Inc. (ISI), is a woman-owned, small, disadvantaged business with strong qualifications in Information Technology (IT) services and support to federal agencies. We are looking for an experienced business development (BD) professional to increase our footprint in existing markets and diversity into new markets by leveraging ISI?s broad GWAC/BIC/IDIQ portfolio. ISI is a prime contractor on GSA MAS (Schedule 70); GSA OASIS SB Pools 1, 3, 4; GSA OASIS UR Pool 3; GSA 8(a) STARS II, NIH CIOSP3 SB; IRS EPMSS SB; SEC One IT; USDA ITGMSS; CMS SPARC; FAA eFAST; DISA SETI SB, and Navy SeaPort NextGen.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of demonstrated success in the federal government IT industry pursuing task orders under GWACs, BICs, and IDIQs; DHS and DoD domain knowledge; outstanding industry relationships and team building skills; a working knowledge of the technical concepts involved in IT modernization initiatives such as cloud, cyber security, RPA/AI/ML, and DevSecOps/Agile; and a solid understanding of the business development process including, identifying, qualifying and targeting opportunities for capture/pursuit. Recent experience pursuing task orders under the GSA OASIS vehicle is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities.
- Drive business to existing GWAC, BIC, and IDIQ vehicles with emphasis on the OASIS vehicles in the DoD and DHS sectors of the federal government.
- Contribute and participate in business development strategy sessions and bid gate reviews.
- Identify and qualify opportunities that strategically align with company goals and objectives.
- Meet with potential clients to understand client needs; gather intelligence and shape requirements and acquisition plans.
- Conduct customer and competitor black hats to generate insights for plans and actions.
- Develop and refine win strategies and associated action plans on targeted pursuits.
- Conduct gap analysis and develop and execute teaming strategies to build winning teams.
- Facilitate solution development rich in features, benefits, and strengths.
- Pre-sell solutions; collaborate with customer on shared value proposition.
- Manage capture resources.
- Follow ISI established business development policies and procedures.
