We have fun, grow together, and strive to leave a positive lasting impression on everyone we meet.What you'll do:The Brass TacksMaintains standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, handling, sanitation and safetyFollows all appropriate policies and proceduresServes food and beverage to guests and provides quality customer serviceAdvises guests, clients and team members on matters relating to food and beverage offeringsCommunicates directly with the Culinary and Stewarding teams during service to ensure proper client and guest service is being achievedCoordinates the timing of each course to correspond with the dining pace of the guestsAssists in the acquisition of special equipment needed for banquet functionsConducts a briefing or "line-up" with team members at the beginning of each shift in order to keep staff informed of updates, changes and/or problematic situationsRepresents the club as the point of contact during events, acts as a liaison between guests and team members, responds and works to resolve guest issues and concerns as necessary.The Nitty GrittyAt least two years of experience in a high volume, quality banquet service operation; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experiencePrevious food & beverage supervisory experienceBasic computer literacy in the Point of Sale system and the sales and catering computer applicationCurrent State Food Handling and Liquor Serving License(s)Don't meet every single requirement?
