Back To Our Future (Youth Program)

Please Note this position is for our youth of Chicago Illinois Who are academically struggling!

Responsibilities:

**Qualifications for Participation:**

- **Age Range**

Applicants must be between the ages of 14-21.

- **Location**: This opportunity is open to all young individuals residing in Chicago.

- **Educational Journey**: Our program is specially designed for those who are not currently in a high school setting and have been out of such an environment for at least 4 months. We aim to connect with those who have not completed high school, are not pursuing a GED or high school diploma at this time, and are looking for a new path forward.

- **Readiness to Learn**: We seek participants who are eager to engage, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for embracing new knowledge and experiences is crucial for making the most out of the opportunities ahead.

- **Program Duration**: Prepare to commit to a program that spans 6 to 10 weeks, filled with enriching experiences designed to empower and inspire.

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• No nights
• No weekends
