Job Description
This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
This position could work in any department of this pork processing facility. This position requires Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching in all areas. Lifting is required in many areas (weight depends upon area). These positions work in a cold, damp or hot and humid environment and these areas have slippery walking surfaces.
This facility runs 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday.
All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally within the U.S.; and pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of a post-offer health assessment.
Accepting Rehires: Yes
Number of Rehired Time: 3 Time Rule
Minimum Rehire Waiting Period: 180 Days
Referral Bonus: Referring Team Member is eligible for referral bonus of $2,500.
First payout of $1,000, after Referred New Team Member completes 91 days,
Second payout of $2,500, after Referred New Team Member completes 9 months of employment.
**Both Referring Tm and Referred TM must be employed at time of pay out to be eligible to receive bonus payout. **
