The Hollywood and African Prestigious Awards (HAPA Awards) is an esteemed annual event that has been celebrating excellence in the entertainment industry for the past seven years. This distinguished Award Show recognizes the outstanding achievements of actors from both Hollywood and Africa in various mediums including film, television, fashion, and music. Through its platform, the HAPA Awards honors and showcases the remarkable talent and contributions of individuals who have made significant impacts on the global stage. With a commitment to promoting diversity and cultural exchange, the HAPA Awards continues to serve as a beacon of inspiration and recognition for artists across continents, fostering unity and appreciation within the entertainment community.

This year the show will in Tanzania, Africa in August and also Los Angeles, Ca. We are looking for personnel for each show. We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Event Director/Producer:

- Oversees the entire event planning and execution process.

- Coordinates with all departments and ensures the event stays within budget and meets objectives.

2. Project Manager:

- Manages the logistical aspects of the trip and event production.

- Coordinates timelines, deadlines, and tasks among team members.

3. Travel Coordinator:

- Handles travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

- Ensures smooth logistics for team members traveling to and from Tanzania.

4. Venue Manager:

- Liaises with the chosen venue in Tanzania.

- Coordinates venue setup, technical requirements, and any additional needs.

5. Technical Director:

- Oversees technical aspects such as lighting, sound, and audio-visual equipment.

- Coordinates with vendors and ensures everything runs smoothly during the event.

6. Stage Manager:

- Coordinates rehearsals and manages backstage activities during the event.

- Ensures performers, presenters, and crew are in the right place at the right time.

7. Production Assistant:

- Provides general support to the production team.

- Assists with various tasks as needed, such as setting up equipment or running errands.

8. Catering Coordinator:

- Coordinates catering services for all events.

- Ensures food and beverages are provided according to dietary preferences and requirements.

9. Security Coordinator:

- Coordinates security arrangements for the venues and team members.

- Ensures the safety and well-being of everyone involved in the event.

10. Public Relations Manager:

- Handles media relations and press coverage.

- Manages social media accounts and promotes the event to the public.

11. Volunteer Coordinator:

- Recruits and manages volunteers to assist with various tasks during the event.

- Provides training and supervision to volunteers.

12. Finance Manager/Accountant:

- Manages the budget and financial aspects of the event.

- Handles payments to vendors and ensures all expenses are accounted for.

13. Documentation and Media Team:

- Captures photos, videos, and other media content during the event.

- Manages documentation for future reference and promotional purposes.

14. Medical Personnel:

- Provides medical support and assistance in case of emergencies.

- Ensures the health and well-being of all participants during the event.

15. Interpreter/Translator:

- Provides language support for international guests and participants.

- Ensures effective communication throughout the event.
