Description:
Hiring for AOG Avionics Technician who will be working out of the Houston, TX area. Ideally looking for candidate with 5+ years experience & someone who is familiar with the local Houston aviation industry.
Responsibilities and Duties will include:
- 91.411 & 91.413/ RVSM inspections along with troubleshooting and component replacement.
- Perform Avionics/Electrical AOG maintenance on a variety of corporate and general aviation aircraft.
- Troubleshoots, repairs, tests, removes and replaces Avionics and Electrical systems components using various test equipment and technical documents. Performs aircraft avionic systems and components inspections.
- Experienced with performing FAR 91.411, FAR 91.413, RVSM and ADS-B tests and inspections using pitot-static and ATC transponder test equipment.
- Excellent analytical, attention-to-detail, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Effectively communicate with Customers (customer liaison), Jet East management and control center personnel concerning any job-related issues.
- Demonstrate professionalism and deliver satisfaction to the internal/external customer.
- Perform all maintenance IAW FAA approved technical data and the Jet East certified repair station manual.

- Must hold a valid A&P certificate & have experience on majority of the following aircraft:
- Embraer Phenom 100 & 300
- Hawker 800/900
- Cessna Citation Series
- Dassault Falcon
- Bombardier Challenger 350/650
