  • For live, virtual or hybrid events, develop and operate content for wireless audience response systems such as Poll Everywhere. Assist in the coordination of material and response data.

Videographer and Editor Responsibilities:
  • In addition to capturing raw photo and video collateral at events, the incumbent will be responsible for editing and creating final-form videos to be used in promotional efforts. This may include recording instructors' sessions, general b-roll footage, and/or on-camera interviews.
  • As assigned, storyboard, develop, script and create internally-commissioned video productions to support the efforts of internal departments.
  • As assigned, serve as 'project manager' for assigned video productions; managing workflow and providing direction to assure that key milestones, deadlines and goals are met.
  • Utilize professional video development and editing software to finalize videos for digital output (color correction/balance and sound design/audio mixing) including exporting and compressing for web upload.
  • Store and transfer files, maintaining video/clip logs.
