Position Overview:

The Sales Consultant is responsible for posting and responding to vehicle sales inquiries and following up on sales leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication.

• You have the drive to prospect and develop potential guest through current relationships, new guest, and customer referrals
• You are tech savvy and thrive on staying informed and educated on all product model features and benefits of available vehicle technology
• You have the proven ability to establish and maintain a consistently high level of guest satisfaction as measured by the manufacturer and dealership-sponsored surveys
• You value the customer experience and possess the ability to discuss terms with guest in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining profit levels at or above company standards
• You are a dedicated, energetic team player who wants to join our ever-growing network of dealerships

Essential Responsibilities:

• Continuously developed new and qualified guest leads.
• Closed sales are consistent with quotas and sales action plan objectives.
• Establish and maintain a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technical and performance requirements essential to perform the position,
• Keep informed, establish, maintain and fine-tune the skills and abilities required to perform the position to the standards set.
• Seek to understand and then comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform consistently the duties and responsibilities assigned to the standards and goals established for the position.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
