We're Looking for an Audio Visual Tech!
Hey there! Park City Audio Visual (PCAV) is on the hunt for an awesome Audio Visual Technician to join our rad team. We're all about bringing events and presentations to life with killer audiovisual setups, and we need your skills to make it happen.
The Gig: As an Audio Visual Tech, you'll be setting up, operating, and maintaining all the cool gear that makes events pop – projectors, mics, speakers, video screens, you name it. Your tech wizardry and eye for detail will ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Setting up audiovisual equipment like a pro
- Operating the gear during events, keeping sound levels on point and visuals crystal clear
- Troubleshooting and maintaining the equipment to keep it in tip-top shape
- Collaborating with event organizers to understand their vision and make it a reality
- Assisting with planning and coordinating epic audiovisual setups
- Staying up-to-date with the latest AV tech and trends (because who doesn't love new toys?)
What We're Looking For:
- A serious eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies (we're talking tech geek levels of excitement)
- Excellent communication skills (because teamwork makes the dream work)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (events don't just happen during office hours, ya know?)
- Attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving (no issue is too small or too big for you to tackle)
- A valid driver's license and reliable driving (you'll be hauling gear around town)
Experience? Awesome! No Experience? No Sweat!
- If you've got previous AV Tech experience or something similar, that's dope! But even if you're a total newbie, we're happy to train someone with a passion for learning.
- Familiarity with video conferencing systems, computer hardware/software, and electrical systems is a major plus.
- Any mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment setup and maintenance is a definite advantage.
- Customer service or field service experience? Tell us about it!
- We're looking for team players who can work independently and have stellar problem-solving and communication skills.
Perks and How to Apply:
- We'll hook you up with a snazzy PCAV shirt (you just need to bring some dark-toned pants and shoes to complete the look).
- If this gig sounds like your jam, send us your resume and a quick note about why you're stoked to join the PCAV crew at support@pcavutah.com
- We'll be interviewing on a rolling basis, so don't sleep on this opportunity! An unforgettable summer with the PCAV fam awaits!
