Assistant Athletic Director of Development – Premium Seating
Position Classification: Salaried/Exempt

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation seeks an Assistant Athletic Director of
Development – Premium Seating to further revenue generation and the philanthropic support
for Air Force Athletics. This position will work in coordination with the Associate AD –
Development on the strategic execution of a comprehensive premium seating campaign and
leadership giving program for Air Force Athletics.
• Oversee all premium seating opportunities and operations including Blue and Silver
Club, football Suites and hockey suites. Co-manage gameday execution of Blue and
Silver Club
• Oversee the revenue generation and new business for new Falcon Stadium East Club
(Living Room Loge Boxes, Loge Boxes, Club Seats and Club Memberships)
• Assist in the creation and execution of new East Club marketing campaign
• Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation methods
• Actively manage a portfolio of 150 leadership gift donors and prospects
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects in accordance with the
following annual goals: 125 in-person visits, 15 proposals of $25,000+
• Assist in the creation and execution of Falcon Athletic Fund leadership giving operations
plan
• Increase visibility and revenue generation for Air Force Athletics and the Falcon Athletic
Fund through calls, visits, solicitations and stewardship of potential, new and existing
members.
• Assist with Night of Excellence Annual Fundraising Gala, Falcon Classic Golf Tournament,
reunions and parent weekends as assigned by Associate AD – Executive Director of
Development.
• Support Athletic Department leadership and coaching staffs in areas of leadership
giving, portfolio management, and premium seating.
• Always Represent Air Force Athletics professionally both internally and externally.
• Some travel required outside of regular office hours at the discretion of the Associate
AD – Development
• Other duties as assigned by the Associate AD – Development
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in sport marketing, administration, management or a related field is
required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of related work experience in a Division I athletic development.
• Team player that works cooperatively and collaboratively with other business units.
• Experience supervising, mentoring and providing direction to others.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, writing, customer service and
interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays depending on work and game schedules.
• Strong time management, ability to stay focused through interruptions, thrives in team
environment, strong analytic and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work as part of a team and motivate
staff/ volunteers in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of exceeding fundraising goals.
• Understands and upholds standards befitting the USAFA and Air Force Athletic
Department.
