Key coordinator to onboard candidates from the branch/complex. This includes, PEP candidates, RSABs, RSAs, Trusted Advisors, Retail brokers and NRFs.

Meets regularly and works with onboarding team in the complex to ensure individual is ready to proceed and ensures all regulatory, employment law and company requirements are met. Provide statuses of candidates during weekly meetings.

Communicates daily with representatives to answer any/all questions related to insurance licensing, appointment, training, continuing education, LTC and annuity training so that they can start or continue to do business with the company.

Responsible for escalating matters to management as necessary.

Coordinates disclosable events from representatives with branch compliance/controls so that matters are completed within the regulator timeframes

Updates and maintain records using external and internal systems and applications.


Standard language

The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$66,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications


Required Qualifications

2+ years of license and registration experience in a financial services firm.

Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State Departments of Insurance rules and regulations.

Extensive verbal and written communication, relationship building, and follow-up/follow-through skills.

Able to prioritize workflow and deliver results in a high-volume environment.
