Lockheed Martin is seeking a Purchasing Analyst for the SEMAC Engineering Services Lab team. Candidate would be responsible for making purchases of prototype hardware using a Purchasing Card (P-Card) as well as supporting purchase requisition creation to support Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Engineering Program.

SEMAC Engineering Services supports multiple MFC Engineering programs and is responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and performance for all P-Card transactions. Duties include:

Prepare requests for estimates.

Analyzes and evaluates estimates.

Selects or recommends suppliers.

Analyzes cost to meet program targets.

P-Card reconciliation and payment.

Coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to purchase requisitions.

Create purchase requisitions via the Purchase Requisition Request (PRR) Tool.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Ability to multi-task is a must.

Experience in a high volume work environment.

Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desired skills

Proficiency with specialized application software associated with the Procurement function (such as P2P).

Successful candidate must be proactive and have excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to manage a challenging workload effectively and efficiently exhibit strong problem-solving skills, be a self-starter and an excellent team player.

Knowledge and experience in P-Card purchasing and P-Card reconciliation.

Be familiar and have experience with P-Card procurement including a working knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) and SAP.

Procurement experience with P-Card buying.

Have a general familiarity with the marketplace for electrical and IT components.

Self-motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership of tasks and accountable.

Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions.

Ability to work remotely

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $42,800 - $81,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $49,100 - $92,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
