YOU
As an Associate Operations Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing a core understanding of our organizational activity to analyze and interpret facility-wide data. You will collaborate to support the development and deployment of strategic initiatives by analyzing internal and external data. You will support multiple complex projects and drive outcomes that align with organizational goals and targets.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time)
Research, compile, and analyze data collected from various sources. Design, build, maintain self-service analytical data models, reports, stories/dashboard using Business Intelligence tools. Identify patterns and variances between expected and actual results to support long-term business objectives. (40%)
Develop and distribute ad-hoc and recuring reports relating to utilization, procurement, capacity, logistics, operations, and more. Support business stakeholders with scalable analytic solutions that help generate data-driven insights, monitor KPI trends and identify root cause analysis. Collaborate, explain results, answer questions, and provide additional analysis to departments. Be action oriented, providing recommendations based on data analysis as well as recommend changes for systems, processes, operations, etc. (40%)
Integrate data from primary(S4/HANA) and secondary data sources to generate insights and analyze scenarios for initiatives and strategic projects. Stay up-to date on the latest features and enhancements in analytical tools. Focus on customer experience, maintainability, and automation analytical solutions. (20%)

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • 2 years or experience in data analysis preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks independently, accurately complete work under tight deadlines, maintain composure in high stake situations, and provide timely and accurate responses to data and information requests.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required.
  • Problem Solving: Identify options for solving a problem and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses.
  • Experience in BI tools like SAP Analytic Cloud, Power BI, Tableau is preferred.
  • S/4HANA experience is preferred.
  • Experience with lean methodology and way of working is advantageous.

This job operates in a professional office environment where standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers/scanners, etc. are frequently used.
TRAVEL
This position requires domestic and international travel up to 10% of the time.
WORK STATUS & LOCATION
This full-time, non-exempt position is in Gallatin TN.
RELOCATION
Relocation is not available for this position.
PAY
$27.00- $32.00/ Hour
