The Associate Manager, Integrated Media Planning is accountable for the planning, implementation and tracking of media plans. They partner with the Associate Director or Account Director to set the strategic tone and direction for planning deliverables. The Associate Manager also assists in the development of any important plans, projects or presentations to the client. They have a strong working knowledge of the media space, including digital media and available media research. As a stepping-stone to leadership, the Associate Manager is responsible for managing a planning team, including skills development, evaluating performance and supporting growth.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a four-year college or university
- Two to three years of digital experience, preferably direct response
- Knowledge of traditional channel planning (TV/Print/OOH); nice to have but not required
- Guide campaign strategy from start to finish
- Strong communicator; internal and external teams
- Delegate and mentor associate

Compensation Range: $40,000 - $75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
