Job Title: Associate Director of Account Management
Location-Type: Remote (Travel to office in Boston 1x per month for the day)
Duration: Perm - Direct Hire - Full-time
Compensation Range: $100K - 125K (dependent on experience)

Day To Day:
- Lead a team of 15-20 Account Managers
- Will be very hands on in the weeds with the AMs and Senior AMs that report into them
- Dealing with their larger clients and helping the Senior AM's in owning their client accounts
- AMs will come to the AD to understand how to position in the platform (facebook ads, google ads, hubspot) to the client
- Owning reporting analysis, digging into data, and creating their own takeaways to bring back to the client
- Cross functional work with Designers, Developers, Writers - ensuring team has a strong understanding of the clients business strategies and KPIs
- Coaching Account Managers and Senior AM's to develop and implement a multi-year strategic place for digital partners, establish actionable plans for that support the overall objectives, and deliver on annual financial plans
- Need to be able to tell a data story from the reporting and analytics provided to them by the AM
Top Must Haves
- Account Management at an Agency - 7+ years of experience
- Account management or operator experience involving client engagement around SEO, Ecommerce, Paid Search or Paid Social
- B2B - enterprise style accounts
- Google Analytics
- Paid Search or Paid Media Background - hands on in the platform
- Direct People Management experience - actual career development, able to lead tough conversations, educating their reports versus just delegating work
- Data Skills - need to be able to interpret data and tell a narrative
- Knowledge of the platforms- Paid Advertising, Paid Social (Google and Facebook) SEO, Email

Personality
- This is very much a hands-on role, they need to be able to dig in with the AM team and work cross functionally with Design, Development, and Writers. Someone who is looking to delegate everything and not be in the weeds is not going to work well here
- High client facing role - need to be charismatic and able to tell a narrative from the data to their clients and tying that back into the clients KPI / Biz objectives
