• Drs. in practice: 3 Hygienists: 6-8
• Total operatories: 13
• Schedule: Associate: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends. Oral Surgeon: part-time, 2 days per week
• Practice annual revenue: $4.3m
• 98% Fee-for-service
• Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, CEREC, Schick digital X-rays, Cone Beam, Glidewell FastMill etc.)
• Specialty work done in office: Invisalign, implants, pedo

Compensation for Full-Time Providers

• Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Qualifications and Skills

General Dentistry:

• Highly proficient in aspects of general dentistry, cosmetic, and restorative
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients

Oral Surgeon:

• 3-5 years of clinical experience post-residency
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• GPR or AEGD, preferred
• Well-versed in surgical extractions, including 3rd molars
• Implants, bone grafting, sinus lift
• Nitrous and sedation
• Soft and hard tissue biopsies
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
