Purpose
This position is an entry level Technician position responsible for the overall operation and upkeep of custom production equipment and automation which includes performing mechanical and electrical maintenance repairs, troubleshooting, and solving advanced technical problems, adhering to Product Quality and safety standards, and completing technical documentation per requirements in a regulated, cleanroom manufacturing environment.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
• This position directly impacts supply center financials and product gross margin in ensuring that production related equipment is achieving standard performance rates.
• This position directly impacts the ability to achieve planned production output ensuring customer replenishment demand is met.
• This position ensures adherence to quality system standards and that production related equipment produces product that is within specifications.
• This position will provide technical training and guidance to more junior operational personnel in the manufacturing department.
• This position will directly support safe operation of equipment in the manufacturing environment.

Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience
- Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree and 0 years of relevant experience

- Demonstrates ability to handle ambiguous situations independently
- Demonstrates high standard for quality of work and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in FDA and ISO regulated industries
- Experience working within a controlled cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and systems
- Experience with providing or delivering technical training
- Experience with OSHA regulations including LOTO and Arc Flash requirements
