 In this role, you will help ADP and Clients across select areas of business by coupling your positive attitude with a desire to learn to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes.

 You will spend your day performing basic clerical, administrative and office support activities for one or more departments and functions.  You will efficiently follow standardized formats and established internal procedures.  All this while assisting our team on ensuring an enhanced overall client experience.  You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

• Registration Processing. You will help our clients with tax ID registrations by processing checks requests for the associated client applications. Efficiency is key to reduce the turnaround time and deliver a seamless client experience.
• You will be a key business processing partner.  You may be asked to assist with other teams and processes improvement initiatives.  Your input and expertise will be valuable to ensuring best practices.
• Robotic Processing Application (RPA) Support. You may also be asked to assist the RPA processing of client requests helping to resolve errors and provide manual support for CAPTCHA challenges on agency websites.
• Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
• Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a growing volume of registrations. Request volumes may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced matrixed corporate office environment
• You can work overtime hours during peak periods.
• This is an onsite office role requiring 5 days per week in the office. (This role cannot be performed remotely)

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Experience noted above, OR
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

For California - Compensation Range for this role is $15.0000 - $23.2692 / Hour
