Exciting opportunity for an experienced master's level clinician to join a multi-disciplinary team providing clinical care in the community to adults with mental health and substance use diagnoses! Our Assistant Program Director works alongside the Program Director, Clinicians, Residential staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to work with over 400 individuals in the community, providing support and encouragement so that they can live their best lives.
The Assistant Program Director is a leader for the team in the development of comprehensive recovery-based services for clients while collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team. In addition, this position works with other community organizations including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and legal departments, in which you will gain invaluable experience navigating community systems. Other responsibilities include program management, clinical and administrative supervision of staff, evaluation of service effectiveness, coordination of client services across other programs and services.

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or related field
- Three or more years working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness

Celebrating 100 years of service in 2026, Aspire Health Alliance (Aspire) is a private, non-profit behavioral health agency, providing services for children, teens, and adults experiencing serious emotional challenges, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. Our vision is there is no health without mental health. In July 2022, Aspire was designated as a Community Behavioral Health Center by the State of Massachusetts. Aspire has outpatient clinics across the South Shore in Braintree, Quincy, Marshfield, and Plymouth.
