Job Description
Our client is looking for an Order Admin Specialist to come on board immediately. This is a remote position but candidate must be based in California. You must have previous experience and you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate processing of renewals, sales orders, and invoices in alignment with customer contracts.
This position pays 28-30/hr DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute renewal processes, generate sales orders, and produce invoices according to executed customer contracts.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including onboarding, sales, legal, FP&A, and professional services to ensure accurate interpretation and application of contract terms.
3. Coordinate with the legal department as required to verify the correct application of contract terms.
4. Conduct customer collection calls, including those at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals, averaging 40-50 calls per day.
5. Support financial audit activities by reconciling data, furnishing supporting documentation, and liaising with internal and external auditors.
6. Research and synthesize customer billing history inquiries for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Aid in the management and resolution of billing and revenue operation cases.
8. Uphold compliance with company financial policies and regulations.
9. Assist in identifying and implementing process enhancements and system upgrades as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in order administration, billing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of contract terms and billing processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in conducting customer collection calls and resolving billing inquiries.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
