Key Responsibilities:

3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GIS-related issues, ensuring the smooth operation of GIS applications and data integration pipelines.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS data with other systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
5. Develop and maintain GIS data standards and protocols, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and data quality guidelines.
6. Conduct GIS training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their GIS skills and promote effective use of GIS tools and technologies.
7. Stay updated with the latest GIS trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for the adoption of new GIS solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geomatics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in configuring and managing ArcGIS platforms and tools.
3. Strong proficiency in spatial data analysis, data visualization, and geospatial data management.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot GIS-related issues effectively.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python, for automation and customization of GIS workflows.
7. Certification in GIS or related fields is a plus.
