We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aquatics Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our pool members, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome club members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Check in and charge member accounts for all guest fees and rentals
- Communicate policies and pool rules to club members
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule swim lesson appointments and maintain swim instructor calendars
- Monitor and update club website and schedule for any changes or cancellations
- Serve as point of sale for the facility with swim lessons, guest fees, and merchandise sales
- Assist with lap lane and cabana reservations
- Create daily calendars and schedules for the pool facility
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accurate written communication
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong office management skills, including file organization and record keeping
- Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
