Apartment Courtesy Officer

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Apartment Courtesy Officer to join our team. As an Apartment Courtesy Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and property. This is a critical role in maintaining a peaceful and secure living environment.

```Duties```
- Patrol the apartment complex premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and emergencies
- Enforce community rules and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious living environment
- Assist with parking enforcement, ensuring that vehicles are properly registered and parked in designated areas
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas to identify maintenance or safety issues
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

```Qualifications```
- Valid certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Proven experience in surveillance or security-related roles
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to apartment communities
- Military or law enforcement background is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
