Ap/Ar Specialist

LHH is seeking an AP/AR Specialist for an immediate opening in Ionia, MI. The AP/AR Specialist will be responsible for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. This is a temporary role that offers a hybrid work from home schedule after training. 

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable processing
• Set up and maintain vendor files
• Prepare and submit 1099’s
• Reconcile monthly statements
• Responsible for A/R functions including inter-company billings, tracking, reporting, and follow up
• Enter cash receipts
• Assist with month-end closing


 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of AP/AR experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
