Whether we are serving guests, a fellow team member, or a trucking company, we are dedicated to fueling people and keeping North America moving.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.Job DescriptionSummaryThe purpose of this job is to provide and analyze strategic data to Facility Revenue leaders with information, trends and reporting to make informed business decisions.Essential FunctionsEvaluate, analyze and review performance trends for Facility RevenueUse Tableau and other data visualization tools to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and insightsProvide internal and external reporting and analysis across all PFJ companies, business sectors, and operational areasCollect and analyze market data relative to new stores, new technology, and guest satisfactionResearch and analyze new rules and regulations impacting the company and the industry; provide analysis and recommendations to Facility Revenue leadershipCoordinate and follow up daily with stores and vendors on issues or revenue opportunitiesCoordinate, prepare, record, verify, analyze, and report on accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsManage various short and long term projects for Facility RevenueWork cross-functionally to maintain and reconcile Facility Revenue accountsModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, business management, information technology or finance requiredMinimum two years’ work experience in data analysis requiredMinimum one year’s experience with using data visualization software (i.e., Tableau) requiredSpecialized KnowledgeIntermediate Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel skillsIntermediate knowledge of Tableau and/or similar BI visualization software and data visualization best practicesCompetenciesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent strategic, analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to work across internal functional areas and communicate with different levels of the organizationProblem solving, conflict management and influencing skillsAbility to work as a member of a team to achieve stated goalsTravelTravel required less than 10%Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsGeneral office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of timeAble to lift up to 20 poundsAdditional InformationNation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision401(k) Flexible Spending AccountsAdoption AssistanceTuition ReimbursementWeekly Pay37803
