Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components to create high-quality products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements - Assemble metal components according to specifications using hand tools and welding equipment - Perform Stick welding, soldering, and plasma cutting as needed - Operate machinery such as a press brake machine and micrometer for precise measurements - Rig and move heavy materials using appropriate lifting equipment - Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet industry standards - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and find solutions - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role - Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and processes - Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications - Skilled in using hand tools, welding equipment, and other fabrication machinery - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Skills: - Assembling metal components - Stick welding - Rigging heavy materials - Basic math calculations - Operating a press brake machine - Soldering techniques - Using a micrometer for precise measurements - Building structures or products from metal materials - Plasma cutting techniques - Proficiency with hand tools Join our team as a Fabricator/Welder and be part of an innovative company that values craftsmanship and quality.
