Security Integration Company seeking MOTIVATED Technicians for Full Time employment installing and maintaining Security Cameras, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm & related systems

Security Service Technician Employee duties
- Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and configures Security Cameras, Access Control, Fire & Burglar Alarms etc.
- Responds to customer service calls in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshoots and repairs as needed.
- Completes necessary documentation as per the Service Delivery Policy.
- Communicates with central dispatch on current work order status and receives updates on outstanding customer issues on a daily basis following the Service Delivery Policy.
- Participates in after-hours service program.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience.
- Working knowledge of Security Cameras, Access Control, Fire & Burglar Alarms etc.
- General knowledge of electronics, components, and construction.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a short period of time.
- Completes necessary certification courses on internal and external products used.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for summarizing tasks performed with customer.
