What You'll Be Doing
Planning and executing system lifecycle and roadmaps for IBM Power and x86 Linux environments.
Provide guidance during critical system issues and outages.
Ensuring successful execution of maintenance activities and system upgrades.
Supporting application and database initiatives alongside SAP BASIS and DB2 Administration teams.
Planning and executing migrations to cloud providers, including Azure.
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Expertise in AIX and IBM Power environments, especially in large enterprises.
Strong background in x86 Linux environments and critical enterprise applications.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like Ansible, Python, and UNIX shell.
Deep understanding of enterprise storage solutions and experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
