Aircraft Detailer Supervisor

Primary Job Functions

• Manage and direct all aircraft cleaning operations provided in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements at the right times while catering to clients’ or personnel’s concerns.
• Meet customers ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth to ensure the maintaining of good relations.
• Create and manage the daily roster.
• Perform exterior and interior aircraft cleaning.
• Perform Brightwork and Paint polishing.
• Assist in purchasing to ensure that the company has the goods and services required for production purposes.
• Inventory management.
• Maintain working relationships to ensure effective coordination of all company activities in support of corporate objectives.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of operational team members.
• Be aware in all Airports advisory notices, safety alerts, directives, etc.
• Oversee all the preventive and corrective maintenance of all Company vehicles and equipment ensuring operational requirements are always met.
• Assist Operation Director to write and revise documentation and all company operations SOPs by liaising with the Quality Coordinator on a regular basis.
• Responsible to ensure all completed jobs are inspected and task cards are submitted to the customer.
• Ensure all employees are following all necessary safety guidelines.
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure all purchased products are collected and/or delivered.
• Assist in performing in-house training according to Liberty Aviation’s SOPs.
• Oversee all emails are responded to in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete any other related tasks / services as needed.

Skills & Qualification

Required Qualification & Education

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Prior leadership experience.
• English Proficiency (Speak – Understand – Read – Write).
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Basic computer skills (databases, MS Office etc.)
• Drivers License with good driving record.

Note: Position depends on candidate passing all requirements for an Airport Badging Including Drug Screening and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
