Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Life and Health Insurance Agent. 2. Sales and Business Development:

   - Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine the most suitable insurance policies for clients.
   - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.

3. Policy Administration and Documentation:
   - Process insurance applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
   - Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policies, and transactions in compliance with company guidelines.
   - Assist clients with policy renewals, modifications, and claims, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

4. Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning:
   - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes in the insurance field.
   - Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
   - Demonstrate a strong understanding of different insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and supplemental plans.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance-related software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
