Welcome to SAVÉCO! Founded in 1972, SAVÉCO North America, Inc. of Gurnee Illinois supplies pretreatment screens and solids/grit (sand) management equipment for water and wastewater applications. SAVECO North America, Inc. was purchased by the WAMGROUP® of Modena Italy in 2015 and is now the marketing/sales/engineering subsidiary in North America for the full line of SAVI®, SPECO® and SEPCOM® products including the SAVI BEAST Septage-FOG-Sludge screening systems, SPECO screw screen technology and the SEPCOM screw separator and microfiltration units.
We are hiring an Agricultural Sales Manager who is a self-starter capable of identifying, developing, and growing a market for several agribusiness and agribusiness adjacent products. Develop and implement a territory sales plan for meeting goals and objectives. Responsible for setting up and administrating a dealer network within Dairy, Swine, and other Industries.

We are hiring an Agricultural Sales Manager who is a self-starter capable of identifying, developing, and growing a market for several agribusiness and agribusiness adjacent products. Develop and implement a territory sales plan for meeting goals and objectives. Responsible for setting up and administrating a dealer network within Dairy, Swine, and other Industries.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and Manage dealers and/or cooperative partners including but not limited to: performance, guidance, direction, and training. Also recommends new and/or replacement dealers and discharging of ineffective dealers.
- Develop new dealers and/or cooperative partners in the targeted areas.
- Develop territory specific marketing and product design approach.
- Develop, implement, and manage an action plan by project.
- Develop and update sales forecasts and target reports.
- Activities such as pilot testing, demonstrations, presentations, training sessions, conferences and trade shows, will be used, as appropriate, to promote the brand, monitor the competition and test pricing models.
- A thorough understanding of the technical aspects of the equipment and where to apply it is essential. Communicating the features and benefits of the equipment, installing and optimizing new equipment as well as troubleshooting existing installations makes this a very hand-on position.
- Developing and maintaining relationships within the agriculture market. This market is built on relationships, integrity and a commitment to customer service.
Qualifications:
- B.S. Agriculture, Agribusiness, Engineering preferred.
- Ag/Industrial sales background preferred.
- Minimum Five Years Agribusiness Experience.
- Experience in manure treatment systems for Dairy, Swine, Poultry, Beef preferred.
- Experience with Dealership, Distributor Sales, Reps, & Marketing.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent Oral, Written Communication, Organizational Skills.
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
- Ability to Conduct Pilot Testing and Demonstrations.
- Travel Requirement: 10 - 12 days Per Month.
