Job Summary: Use your Ag Business or Business Management degree and/or experience to help a family owned company grow in production agriculture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of inputs, inventory, pricing and day to day production.
- And any other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- Prefer 2 or 4 year degree in Ag Business or Business Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of experience in an agriculture related profession.
- Must be detail oriented, have a high degree of persistence, self-motivation, self-discipline and follow up.
- Possess excellent decision making, problem solving, analytical, computer and mathematical skills for understanding processes, be able to draw conclusions.
- Possess strong communication and people skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team with varying levels of team members and vendors on various projects.
- Be able to manage multiple projects or tasks and quickly adjust to changes in required workload.
