Advanced Scrum Master - H&D Circuit Breakers

Scrum Masters are key leadership positions with responsibility to:
- guide the squad focusing on creating high value releases
- partner with Product Owners to ensure strategy and execution alignment
- facilitate (and be primarily responsible for) squad(s) rituals & key events
- drive continuous improvement by coaching Squads in Agile methodologies to maximize efficiency and self improvement
- drive change management
- identify, escalate, and help find resolutions to Squad obstacles
- master Agile processes and fine tune them to Squad needs while providing tools and methodologies to accelerate Squad delivery
This position will work on new product development projects for Electrical Distribution products to be used in the N. American market and will report into the Home and Distribution Division NAM Hub and be located in the Monterrey Design and Innovation Center (MDIC) in Apodaca, NL. 4 year Technical degree in Engineering, Technical or related field is required.
At least 4 years of product development experience working with project teams focused on execution
Knowledge of Electrical distribution products and associated design and manufacturing processes is beneficial
Agile, Scrum Master, or Project Management practical experience is required to be credible in the position
Strong facilitation techniques as well as technical competence in work planning tools, scheduling, resource management
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
Working knowledge of an Agile Framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)
Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery Squads
Must be self guided and ability to work with others to achieve results
