*OVERVIEW
In need of alarm install and service candidates to help with increased workload and growing customer base in the Orange County + Pasadena + Long Beach market. The office is in Anaheim for meetings and parts pick ups. They are looking for some baseline knowledge of alarm systems with install and/or service experience in a residential or small business environment. Any CCTV install/service experience is a plus. Schedule is Tues-Sat and they will be using their own vehicle. All encompassing hourly rate that will need to cover base pay, gas, etc.
*RESPOSNIBILITIES / DUTIES
• Responsible for handling installation and service requests for residential customers for ADT.
• Install and service of alarm systems, CCTV, Card Access and Fire Alarms and associated components.
• Perform New System Installations, System Upgrades, and New System Additions.
• Role will be responsible for providing troubleshooting and diagnosis services to customers and providing resolutions for customer systems issues.
