The Digital Business Team at Sealed Air is responsible for identifying, building, and growing key digital transformation initiatives and customer facing products.
The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Business Analyst has a key role on the Digital Business Team that will directly impact the pace and success of Sealed Air's enterprise content strategy. This role will be responsible for creating and managing templates and experience fragments within AEM Sites that will be sourced across several digital touchpoints. They will work closely with content authoring teams and UX/UI designers to gather requirements and communicate them to product and development teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer empathy, digital knowledge and a passion for creating world-class digital experiences in AEM.
This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive on results-oriented delivery. They will work with cross functional team members, leveraging data and customer needs to drive key business initiatives in a B2B industry.
The position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Content Strategy. This role can accommodate a remote based employee who lives in an EST or CT region or a hybrid work schedule at the headquarters in Charlotte, NC if the candidate is local. Both local and fully remote employees will be required to travel into the main Charlotte office once per quarter for in-person collaborative team meetings.

- Building and managing all AEM templates across our various sites, including component and policy management.
- Partner closely with our business stakeholders, product teams, and content strategy teams as it relates to overall delivery needs and requirements.
- Ensuring accurate responsiveness, device type usability and component content policies across all templates.
- Partner closely with UX team members to ensure page designs align with UX and UI standards and best practices to ensure consistent template and authoring experiences.
- Help to identify technical gaps in business requirements where necessary and clearly articulate them to product and development teams to ensure acceptance criteria are met in delivered component features and functionality.
- Bachelor's Degree, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Three or more years of experience of hands on AEM experience including authoring and management, policy management and component configuration.
- Must have 2+ years of AEM template design; preferably with experience building a scalable, self-service library model.
- Two or more years of experience working collaboratively with user experience teams to refine, and scope needs translate them into authoring capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a large organization.
- Knowledge of human-centered design and a data-driven decision mindset.
- Project management, organization, attention to detail, and follow-up.
- Analytical abilities to identify issues and self-start programs.
- Continuous learner and willingness to execute as an individual contributor.
- Demonstrated ability to champion change, influence and drive results in a complex organization.
- A mind toward innovation in an organization that empowers teams and people.
- General understanding of frontend development html, css, and js is a plus.
