Primary Functions:
Liaison between the customer/dealer and production/engineering to be the eyes and ears of the customer. Process work order and change orders from inception to delivery. Perform all duties and responsibilities as listed below and be able to set priorities.

- Responsible for the interpretation of spec sheets, arrangement of mechanical details, preparing initial design layouts, and managing chassis order forms.
- Meet with Dealers/Customers for pre construction meetings to understand requirements for quote/order
- Follow up and assist in the preparation of final layout and working drawings.
- Assist in Special Order Confirmation (SOC) and the change order process
- Function as the primary liaison to dealers and customers by coordinating with in house departments to provide answers and updates.
- Meeting with Dealers/Customers for Delivery/Mid Line Inspections
- Supports sales efforts by providing ongoing tracking and reporting: quote tracker, sales reports, delivery schedule, open quote report to dealers, and other reporting as assigned.
- Support the pricing team with data gathering to ensure market competitive pricing
- Maintain a professional manner in appearance and communications at all times
- Participate in staff and/or dealer meetings if required
- Facilitate factory tours with Dealers/Customers
Qualifications/Training:
Use and knowledge or Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to learn computer programs
- Ability to work across multiple business units
- Ability to work independently and maintain deadlines
- Customer service oriented with professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Office, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce
- Knowledge of Quote Writer and MAPICS (INFOR/XA) is a plusation and Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years experience in the specialty vehicle or truck chassis manufacturing field.
