This job requires a goal-oriented, achievement-focused professional with a servant leadership mentality. Must have previous management or operations experience. Well-qualified applicants will have at least five years of demonstrated training and experience in a healthcare setting, and at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in a regulated field. Education Requirements: Registered Nurse (Iowa License) or 4-year undergraduate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration/Management, or other related field.
