Job Description
Service Coordinator Termite Division
· Schedule appointments
· Create service quotes
· Communicate with customers / clients
· Handle Customer Service Calls
· Answer Email related to Termite prevention, treatment, and bait system installations
· Monitor leads, tracking and statistics
· Monitor GPS and print reports
· Manage divisional reports
· Help grow termite divisions
· Perform tasks within operating systems
· Post work orders
· Create service agreements for clients
· Handle referral forms for leads
· Data entry
· Miscellaneous administrative tasks associated with position
· Assist other service coordinators
Required Skills:
· Good Computer Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Competent Typing Skills – 40 wpm minimum
· Good Communication Skills
· Good People Skills
· Able to Follow Directions and work independently
· Highly Motivated Individual
· Bilingual a plus
Salary
· $41,600 - $57,200 + Benefits
Required education:
· Bachelor's Degree
Required experience: Service Coordinator: 1 year
